Handle with care

Macarons are delicate! Always carry and open the box gently to avoid cracking the shells or disturbing the filling. 

Avoid Mositure

Keep macarons away from humid environments. Moisture can make the shells soggy and ruin their signature texture. 

Temperature matters

Store macarons in a cool place. Ideal temperature is between 4°C and 8°C (39°F to 46°F). Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources. 

Storage

Keep them in an airtight container in the fridge. They stay fresh for up to 5–7 days. Let them sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before serving for the best flavor and texture. 

Layering

If stacking macarons, place parchment or wax paper between layers to prevent sticking and crushing. 

Freezing

Macarons freeze well! Store in an airtight container and freeze for up to 1 month. Thaw in the fridge overnight, then bring to room temperature before enjoying.
